        • Perfect Bill! Let's ramp it up to Ludicrous Speed. Weld on another 300-400 pounds to the body, because it isn't heavy enough and get it on the trail. I want to check out that Batman ram-air thingy in person....

Dont forget - if you need help, just get a bunch of us to come down and stand around watching Dan work.

              • Got the front dissasembled last night. Washed/degreased both of them thois AM.

Williams daycare schedule changed & now he leaves earlly with Joanna, so I get up with them. Thiis allows me to get that 'Machen-Time' in before getting ready for work.

                Pre-heating/welding knuckles is next!

Yes-- gonna get primed & then painted black. Aklid Rustoleum-- brushed on.

Of course, the covers will be white :D

                          • Looking great Peter! I had to use an engine hoist to move my front fully loaded 60. Damon, Marc and I couldn't budge it. I'd guess at least 550

                            • Rich & I were able to move it around the other night, with out too much trouble-- it was only missing the axle shafts.

I'm gonna do some weighing & see what it comes out to.

I've heard they weigh 650 'fully dressed'-- let's see how that goes...

                              • Sounds like Ludicrous Speed is kicking in! If you aren't careful, your front and rear axles are going to weigh as much as the body!
