Hi Peter....My ARB leaks a lot also. O-rings inside the unit go bad. Then if it pressurizes the housing it tends to blow oil out of my vent. Have had the same problem with ARB's since I started wheeling back with the dana30. It always works but O-rings need to be changed every season usually or I just live with it. :(

I know what you mean Ian. I have seen it on other's ARB's, but never had it with mine.
The funny thing is how intermittent it is. Leaks like crasy or not at all.
The leaking housing seal i just noticed after it was parked for a while. I am thinking the two might be related. Hoping for an easy fix. I just need to find a place to work on it. :-/

True. Maybe you should try the E-Locker. No leaking, mine never broke...

I've heard some people have good luck with them, and they love them. I had one, for a short time, it never engaged when I needed. Peter was able to test it, outside of the axle and it worked. But under load, it would not stay engaged. I replaced it with a Detroit.
In my opinion, they're not worth the money.

I signed up for membership with CORE (Carolina Off Road Extremists) & got to hang out with the President, Tim, at his house today. We pulled the front diff cover to make sure everything was OK-- all checked out. I am hoping the front ARB air leak is just in the line.
I am going to be checking out Lake Norman Crawlers on their meeting/dinner night on Tuesday. I'll be thinking of you guys. With all this NC club stuff, it feels like I'm cheatin' on NJJC.
